Every few months or so, I come back to this realization. 

I’m best as a facilitator. If someone asks me, “how do I/why does it/when can we”, I can spring to action to find them a solution.

I’m happy to be the middle (wo)man.

Now.

What am I go’n do with that? (Answer if you want to, I need my own facilitator right now).
